הגיע הזמן לומר שלום כיתה א׳ 🤩🎒

יש התחלות שחייב לחגוג כמו שצריך, ובשביל זה אנחנו כאן.
לכבוד ילדי IAI העולים לכיתה א׳ הפקנו יום ספארי חלומי עם עולם עיצובי מלא דמיון 🐣.
היום שלנו התמלא בחוויות בלתי נשכחות - רכבות שנסעו בין חיות הספארי, סדנאות יצירה להכנת קלמרים וכלי כתיבה אישיים, מתנפחים מיוחדים, משחקי יריד מרגשים, שחקנים מצחיקים והמופע של ״געגע - הברווז המשוגע״ שהרים את האנרגיות של כל הילדים.

כל ילד יצא עם תיק מלא בכל מה שכיף לקבל לקראת השנה החדשה: מחברות, כלי כתיבה, טושים, צבעים, בקבוקים ממותגים ועוד שלל הפתעות.

הדרך הכי שמחה שאנחנו מכירים להתחיל פרק חדש. 💛

A Kind of Magic 🌈✨

לכנס המנהלים השנתי של AIG, הפכנו את נמל תל אביב ליום שכולו בהשראת הקוסם מארץ עוץ, עם קונספט שליווה את האירוע מהרגע הראשון ועד הפרטים הקטנים ביותר.

היום התחיל על דרך האבנים הצהובות, ומשם המשכנו לפתיחה אנרגטית עם DJ ולתוכן המקצועי של הנהלת AIG. כחלק מהפרזנטציה המרכזית, יצרנו יחד עם Eldan Creative ואלעד רט סרטים מקוריים ששילבו צילומי סטודיו, ויז’ואלים שנוצרו באמצעות AI ופוסט פרודקשן, והכניסו את הקהל עמוק יותר אל תוך העולם שיצרנו. לאורך היום חזר לבמה גם אמן החושים נבו אבוטבול, עם הפתעות ששמרו על הקהל דרוך ומעורב.

בהמשך חיכתה למשתתפים חוויית My Magic Capsule: רגע לעצור, לחשוב קדימה ולבחור את המילים שהם רוצים לקחת איתם להמשך. הם כתבו מסרים לעצמם בעתיד, הוסיפו אותם לקפסולת זמן משותפת וקיבלו חולצות בהתאמה אישית שהודפסו במקום עם המילים שבחרו.

אחרי ארוחת הצהריים זכינו לארח את רז ואוהד בן עמי, ששיתפו בסיפורם המרגש על התמודדות, תקווה, משפחתיות וכוחות יוצאי דופן.
את היום סיימנו עם הוקרה למנהלות ולמנהלים של AIG, חגיגה של ההישגים שלהם והרמת כוסית לכל מה שעוד מחכה בהמשך.

For one summer day, Michaeli Café turned yellow.

We took over the Tel Aviv spot and transformed it into an Echo pop-up, with every detail designed to match the mood. A swag shop, massages, cocktails, a DJ, a photo booth, ice cream, and plenty of sunshine, all for Echo.

And when we say branded, we mean BRANDED. Lemons, shirts, caps, totes, mirrors, fans, cushions, cookies, cups - even the ice cream wafers & spoons.

Nothing to fix ~ time to relax ☀️

There was only one acceptable way to end a trip like this.
One big celebration by the pool.

For Barnea’s final party in Tanzania, we transformed the poolside into a fully designed celebration, with African-inspired details throughout, custom-designed cabanas and daybeds, and DJ Sendler back behind the decks.
Then an incredible local dance group took over and turned the party up another level.

After days of sailing, exploring, dancing, safari and more than a few surprises, this was the send-off the trip deserved.

A private flight to Mikumi for a day on safari? Absolutely.

We flew Barnea’s team from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park, split into open-sided safari vehicles and headed out for the day.

Each vehicle was stocked with baskets of picnic blankets, cold beers and snacks, and then we were off, driving through the incredible landscapes of Mikumi and spotting lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras and plenty more along the way.

It was exciting, beautiful and genuinely one of those days you wish could go on for a little longer.

Not your typical awards ceremony.
Then again, this wasn’t your typical company retreat.

Welcome to Barnea: The Oscars.

We built a full stage and screen right by the beach and turned the evening into Barnea’s own awards night, with hilarious superlatives, unexpected winners and some very well-deserved recognition.

Beautifully produced, wonderfully unserious, and completely Barnea.

Sometimes the best souvenir is the experience of finding it,
so we brought the market to Barnea.

Right on the beach, we created a private Tanzanian pop-up market filled with local spices and herbs, handcrafted instruments, wooden figures, textiles, bags and pieces to take home from the journey.

Employees wandered between the stalls as the sun came down over the water, discovering, choosing, bargaining and soaking up one of those evenings that needed very little else.

Barnea’s Tanzanian market was one piece of a much bigger experience.
