Synapse Research Ltd is an engineering company in Tel Aviv that also runs the marketing. Then we bring customers to them with technical SEO, link building, paid media and conversion work. We also do answer engine optimization for ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. One team does both, so the product and the demand for it are planned together. The person who writes the code also sets the search strategy. It is founder-led, with AI agents doing the delivery work. We work with SaaS and B2B software companies, developer tools and APIs, worldwide, with a focus on the US, the UK and EU, and Israel. We also run MAP monitoring for automotive and powersports brands. Maintainers of other open source projects have merged 38 of our pull requests that add Live Tennis API to their tools. That is 32 projects, counted on 29 September 2026.

One is an integration page in the LangChain docs. Another is a DuckDB community extension that turns live scores into SQL table functions. There is a Haystack integration page and a Dify plugin too.

Each one went through that project's own review before it was merged. A developer meets the API inside a tool they already use.

We built Live Tennis API, and this is the developer marketing half of the job. Every merged pull request is linked on our open source page, in the first comment with the case study.

On 23 September we moved our 8-year-old WordPress site to a static build. The redirect map listed 2,026 old addresses. On 24 September every one of them reached a live page in one hop over HTTPS.

Most of them were never pages anyone wrote. 1,189 were tag archives. 382 were ?p= and ?page_id= links, so we recorded where each post ID led before we switched WordPress off. 115 kept their exact path, 77 of them MAP guides we rewrote in place.

Our build test fails if a redirect points at another redirect.

Our free audit shows what a crawler that doesn't run JavaScript gets from one page of your site. It reads your robots.txt, the page's first HTML and /llms.txt.

It checks robots.txt against 11 answer-engine agents, such as OAI-SearchBot and PerplexityBot, and 8 training crawlers, such as GPTBot. It sees the response sent to our own bot, SynapseAuditBot. An answer engine can get a different one, and the methodology page says so.

There is no score. You get every check it ran, the passes too, with the evidence next to each one.

No signup, no email.

Asked about us by name, four AI engines cited our site in 105 of 156 answers. Asked for a provider or for advice, they cited us once in 204.

We ran that test on our own site on 24 September 2026, the day after we moved it to a new build. 30 questions, four engines, three runs each, with web search on.

The same week, none of our 89 target search terms had us in Google's top 10.

So the engines could find and read the new site. They didn't bring it up when the question left our name out. Ranking and being cited are two separate readings, and the second one is what answer engine optimization tries to move.
