*Synopsis of Scheme related to Creation or modification of Charges:*

As per "Scheme for relaxation of time for filing forms related to creation ormodification of charges under the Companies Act, 2013" only Such forms can be filed under this scheme with normal fee where:

1. The timeline for filing such form had not expiredunder section 77 i.e. (120 Days)of the Act as on O1.03.2020; or

2. The due date of filing such creation or modification falls between 01.03.2020 to 30.09.2020 (Both Days Inclusive)

*Scheme Not Applicable on:*

1. The forms i.e.CHG-1 and CHG-9 had already been filed before the date of
issue of this Circular.

2. The timeline for filing the form has already expired under section 77 orsection 78 of the Act prior to 01.03.2O2O.

3. Filing of Form CHG-4 for satisfaction of charge
