ઈ-રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કર્યા પછી દસ્તાવેજો મોકલવામાંથી મુક્તિ

ઈન્કમ ટેક્સ રિટર્ન ઓનલાઈન ફાઈલ કર્યા પછી વિવિધ દસ્તાવેજો સહી સાથે ટપાલ મારફતે બેંગલોર મોકલવાના હોય છે. વળી આ દસ્તાવેજો 120 દિવસમાં મોકલવાના હોય છે અને દરેક દસ્તાવેજ પર સહી કરવાની પણ હોય છે. હવે જોકે આધાર કાર્ડ ધરાવનાર કરદાતાને હવે આ રીતે દસ્તાવેજો મોકલવામાંથી મુક્તિ આપવામાં આવી છે.

સૂત્રોના જણાવ્યા અનુસાર આ રીતે હવે પેપરલેસ કામગીરીનો પણ આરંભ થશે. આવકવેરા રિટર્નની કાયદેસરતાની ચકાસણી માટે આધાર નંબર આધારિત ઈલેક્ટ્રોનિક વેરીફિકેશન કોડનો આરંભ કરાયો છે.

હવે મોટા પ્રમાણમા કરદાતાઓ ઈ-રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરે છે. આ સાથે તેઓ એવું માન્ છે કે આ રીતે રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરાતા તેમનું કામ પૂરું થઈ ગયું છે. આમ તેઓ સહી સાથેના દસ્તાવેજો ફિઝિકલ ફોર્મેટમાં મોકલતા નથી. જ્યાં સુધી દસ્તાવેજો મળે નહીં ત્યાં સુધી રિટર્ન ફાઈલ કરવાની કામગીરી પૂરી થતી નથી. આવકવેરા વિભાગે 2015-16ના રિટર્નમાં નવી કોલમનો ઉમેરો કર્યો છ. આ કોલમમાં કરદાતાએ આધાર નંબર લખવાનો હોય છે. આ નંબરની આવકવેરા વિભાગની સત્તાવાર વેબસાઈટ દ્વારા ઓટીપી મારફતે પ્રમાણિકતાની ચકાસણી કરાશે.

you can finds this problem with log in id with our commercial tax site http://commercialtax.gujarat.gov.in/vatwebsite/
if you cant operate it then its simple mining is that your pan card is not submitted with them

for submitting pan card you need to 1 xerox of pan card and written application on yours company latter pad and just submit with the respective vat officer of your's company
