Team building doesnโ€™t always have to happen ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐š ๐ญ๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž.

For the team at Terova Inc, the day was about getting up, moving, engaging and creating together.

Through HiTech Quest and Butterfly Effect, the experience moved from an energetic team challenge to constructive collaboration, bringing people together in a way that matched the energy of the team.

As Michael Snodgrass, Managing Director, Terova INC, shared:

โ€œI really love the idea of getting out and doing somewhat of a team-building scavenger hunt, and then finishing with that constructive collaboration... the Butterfly Effect and how do we create together.โ€
