Last week was heavy. Christmas blues, Some strategic partnerships getting delayed. doubts creeping in, wondering if I'm on the right track.

But then something shifted. Got to connect with someone today who I've idolized since childhood - someone whose voice shaped my entire musical journey.

And just talking to him, sharing ideas, being heard - it reminded me of something crucial.
Gratitude isn't just a word. It's a vibration.

Instead of chasing what's missing, I'm celebrating what's HERE. The relationships. The access. The conversations that matter. The fact that I can pick up the phone and connect with legends.

This New Year isn't about growing revenue but growing relationships. It's about feeling MORE. More grateful. More humble. More energized.
2026 is about shifting from scarcity to abundance mindset. From what I don't have to what I DO.

How a ₹100 Latte in China reminded me I was meant to build, not bleed. ☕

Back in 2017, I was in Dalian, China - consulting for one of the world’s biggest banks, helping them serve the Japanese market.

I walked out of the high-rise, grabbed a latte - and in that moment, I felt like I was back home.

Strange?

Weekend hai ya Monday ke stress ki practice session? 😅

Ek time tha jab weekends bhi maze ke nahi lagte the. Doston ke saath hota tha, lekin dimag? Bas Monday ki deadlines, meetings aur to-do lists ke chakkar mein uljha rehta tha.

But you know what? Life doesn’t have to be like that. Ek point ke baad, maine realize kiya:
Kaam toh karna hi hai, lekin wo karna chahiye jo khushi de, na ki bas khud ko ghisna.

Ab weekends waise lagte hain jaise hone chahiye—stress-free, relaxed, aur poora enjoy karte hue. 😌
Aur ye kaam ke wajah se nahi, balki isliye ki maine kaam ko enjoy karna seekh liya hai.

Kya seekha maine?
👉 Stress ka source kaam nahi, galat kaam hai.
👉 Passion ke saath kaam karo toh har din meaningful lagta hai.
👉 Work-life balance kuch hours ka hisaab nahi, ye baat hai dil ke satisfaction ki. ❤️

Toh ek baar sochiye—kya aap apna kaam enjoy karte ho, ya bas bardaasht?

Back in November 2011, I had my first chance to invest in Bitcoin.
It was dirt cheap, brand new... and I let it go.

I thought, too risky.

Fast forward to 2020, during the pandemic:
Another chance came.
This time, I made a move—but only a small one.
Limited resources, cautious steps—but I believed in it.

And boy, the noise around me was LOUD:
“Bitcoin? Total gamble.”
“You’ll lose it all.”

Sound familiar? It’s the same noise I heard when I left my corporate job to pursue my passion.

But here’s the thing: I trusted my gut.
I tuned out the critics and tuned in to my inner calling.

Today, Bitcoin hits $100K.
And while my portfolio isn’t massive, I celebrate this win.
Not just because of the numbers, but because it’s proof:
Taking risks—calculated, purposeful ones—can change everything.

In the grind of our careers, it’s easy to focus on milestones like promotions or revenue. But here’s a hard truth: without clear values guiding us, we risk being reactive—driven by noise instead of clarity.
