Tendering Specialist and Lead Generation Specialist
This role is a part of our digital marketing group and involves a range of activities including content creation, content marketing, market research, Gathering the information’s for students seeking for industrial training, B.Tech/M.Tech final year project, Bringing the Projects from Industries, marketing communication, lead generation activities and branding. Expertise in all of the above functions will be valued.

Roles and Responsibilities
✔ He/She must take ownership, put in hard work, be a great team player and contribute to company's growth.
✔ Study Qualification Criteria of tenders and make assessment for qualification.
✔ Preparation of Price bids by making/filling various schedules given in bid.
✔ Physical submission of tenders either personally or delegating the same to the respective account management team
✔ In case of E-tenders:- scanning/uploading of documents on websites.
✔ Should have in-depth knowledge of Aerospace and Defence and GeM (Government e-Market Place) Portal
✔ Attending Price-bid (Commercial opening) meetings; Preparation of comparison chart / Analysis report Etc. & submission of the same to the respective Manager.
✔ Keeping track of live (submitted) tenders from the tender floating stage up-to award of work.
✔ He/She must be a dynamic person who can generate a business for our company or more professional who can bring a project for us in the field of engineering science and technology.

✔ Building connection on social networking sites for lead generation.
✔ Develop and execute online lead generation marketing plans.

✔ Identify potential clients, exploring the National/international market.

Job Description
• In depth Knowledge in CATIA - 3D & 2D Environment. Exposure in Solid, Detailing, Assembly, Sheet metal, Surfacing.
• Create concepts and cost-effective design.
• Create design stack ups and design studies to verify good design conditions.
• Complete 3D and 2D design changes.
• Provide general assistance to product development team.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
• Application Knowledge of GD&T (ASME Y14.5M 2009 standards).
• Good knowledge from scratch to complete manufacturing drawing. Knowledge in GD & T, Interference analysis and Tolerance chain analysis are mandatory.
• Knowledge in regulations, manufacturing processes, drafting standards, Product Structure definition, Stack-up analysis are an added advantage.
• Knowledge in CATIA EKL / CAA APIs, are an added advantage.
• Preferable domains:
• Have exposure to Machine, Sheet Metal and Welded Parts Detailing.
• Good Communication, Self-Motivated.

Post- Electrical motor design Engineer
This role will be responsible for: As a Engineer- Motor Design, you will lead development of various motors (Induction Motor, BLDC, SRM, IPM, PMDC and electrically commuted Hybrid motors) motor based energy efficient home appliances

✔ Very good working knowledge of anykind of electrical Motor.
✔ Excellent communication and comfortable to handle clients independently.
✔ Have a strong practical as well as theroretical knowledge of designing and developments of electrical motors.
Roles and Responsibilities
✔ Simulate, analyze and design various motors for product application.

✔ Lead design, prototyping and validation of motors.
✔ Experiment, test, validate and document designed motors within set timelines and cost.
✔ Design motor testing benches and setups.
Key Skills:
* Sound knowledge in magnetics design.

* Experience in FE analysis Machine losses and minimization.
* Winding methods Material properties.
Thermal design Experience on Analysis tools like FEM and equivalent motor design software tools.
* Good knowledge in the design of single and three phase AC induction motor, BLDC motor, PMSM motors and components including windings, laminations, magnets, insulation systems, electric drive circuitry, harness and connectors.
* Ability to integrate the motor with hardware, testing and validation of the complete product.
* Strong trouble shooting skills in motor application
