Roles and Responsibilities –
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Call the respective project head & discuss any issues with device functionality ( Project handling)
Communicating with customers through various channels. ( Mail & Voice)
MIS-Pro with excel, analyze the data received through the portal.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints, by raising the ticket & track until it gets closed
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer queiries.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Communicating and coordinating with respective zonal engineer colleagues as necessary.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
