Another wonderful day with this bunch of 50 plus youth learning and discussing about relationships and community.

It's encouraging to be with youngsters who are keen on knowing what the Bible says about these topics. The initial hesitation of talking on reserved topics soon disappeared as they wholeheartedly participated in the sessions.

A group of over 50 youth with a genuine desire to discover their spiritual individuality and gifts. Very participative, sincere and deeply gratifying.

Dec 07th Saturday 11 am - 8 pm
Book a mini stall to display homemade products.
* Limited stalls (Sharing allowed)
* Table size 6 feet by 2 feet with a white cover.
* Item lists, offers, etc. can be displayed on the white cover via pins.
* Businesses are requested to bring their own bins and clear up before leaving.
* No cooking allowed.
* No offensive, derogatory, controversial or inappropriate material allowed.
* No large standees allowed.
* Businesses are encouraged to stick to the theme - Christmas.
* Payments to be made in advance. No refunds.
* The Galilean Lounge is not liable for any theft, damage or loss of any items.

*GARAGE SALE*
Dec 14th Saturday 11 am onwards
New and preloved items that have been well maintained.
* Owners are requested to list down their items to be handed over in the following format.
* Item number, item category, age of item, tape measurements, buying price, selling price.
* Selling price to not exceed 50% of the buying price.
* Items not mentioned in the aforesaid list will undisputedly be the property of The Galilean Lounge.
* The Galilean Lounge will be entitled to 40% of the sale on each item.
* All unsold items have to be picked up by the owners within two days of the end of the sale.
* Unclaimed items will be distributed and/or donated with no liability to the owners.
* The Galilean Lounge is not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of any items. High valued items are taken at owner's risk.
* No offensive, derogatory, controversial or inappropriate material allowed.

*CAROLLING & MOVIE EVENING*
Dec 20th Friday 7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

* This is mainly a family event with preference for families.
* Children below 5 will not be charged.
* Adults .250/- per head and children up to the age of 12 .200/- per head.
* Each pass will be entitled to a pack of popcorn and cake.
* Reservations to be done in advance.
* Guests are encouraged to carry their own rugs and cushions if they'd like.
* No refunds for cancellations.

Years ago, my children asked me, "which business person would you consider a role model in India who has good business principles?"

Every now and then, people say to me, "You can't build a business on goodness and kindness."

Whenever we'd visit the Taj, we'd notice employees working there for years on end and asked them why...their reply was that there is no other place they'd choose, even if it offered them more money.

Mr.Ratan Tata has built a brand that speaks life, commitment and purpose. He has been the one I've closely followed to learn how to build our own businesses. Today, we are proud of our own company and all that it stands for.

In India, there are uncountable so-called profitable businesses. Maybe a handful of good, purposeful businesses lost in the overshadowing of these.

Our country and the people associated with the Tatas have been blessed to have someone as humble yet powerful as Mr.Ratan Tata. Thank you for it all Sir!
