We are looking for a Senior Ruby on Rails developer with 3+ years of experience.
# # About The Role
We are looking for mid to senior level Ruby on Rails Developers for a full-time position in our company. The developers will be working as part of an existing product development team. Candidates should understand end-to-end processes from conceptual design to development, testing, and deployment.
# # Location: Kolkata
# # Key Responsibilities
* Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code in Ruby on Rails
* Own key technology decisions and implementations
* Review and manage work of junior team members
# # What do we value (Required Skills)
* In-depth knowledge of Ruby on Rails
* Experience with PostgreSQL
* Experience on development using Docker containers
* Nice to have experience with UX/UI design
* Nice to have experience with deploying production-grade systems on DigitalOcean, Amazon Web Services.
* Nice to have concept or working experience with Node.Js, React.Js, TimescaleDb, MongoDb, Redis etc.
# # Regarding Personality, you should be
* Able to participate in planning, estimation, and implementation work
* Able to adapt to company's working methods and coding conventions
* Able to produce and maintain documentation of your work
* Ability to test and verify your work
* Able to adopt (agile) development methodologies and tools (ex. JIRA, Git)
# # Experience
* Minimum 3 years, preferably 4+ years of active development experience.
