We at 'Bharuch District Management Association' are looking for suitable Candidate meeting the criteria mentioned below:-
✅ Qualifications (any of the below) :
• MBA (Finance)
• M.com / B.com
✅ Skills Required :
• Very Good Communication & Networking Skill (Writing, Speaking)
• Computer savvy (MS Office etc.)
• *Tally Software Operating*
• Language : Fluency & Command on English (must), Hindi & Gujarati is desired.
✅ Experience :
👉 1 to 2 years
✅ Job profile :👇
• Maintaining BDMA Accounts (Income-Expenses)
• Ensure Invoice preparation and keep record of pending payments according to that
• Make Receipt on receiving any payment and tally it against invoice.
• Cross verify Invoice against receipt _and_ receipt against invoice, both to be made to close Accounts.
• Make sure Invoice & Receipt reach to concerned person in company as required.
• Follow up for payments receivable by BDMA
• Coordinating with Accountant & Auditors for monthly data conciliation
• Keep record of & document GST/TDS paid by BDMA in coordination with Auditor's office
• TDS Payment & reporting
• Keep overall record of all finance and accounts of BDMA
• Plan & execute necessary actions to improve transparency
• Prepare & Report weekly/monthly Financial Statement of Accounts to EC, Treasurer etc.
• Work on Excel Reports, Data Creation, compilation & Updation
• Coordinate and work for Presentations, Flyers, e-Panorama as & when required
• Purchase & Payments
