You want to engage and enable the largest, hungry consumer base that has a lot of time but not much money?
Build products that enables learning and creates opportunities of earning.
This is how I see my role at Bada Business. Think at scale.
I don't see L&D as the usual phygital session delivery model followed by assessment. Followed with self boasting reports.
In fact I see every gap, every problem as an opportunity to be solved with a product.
This also means working with the smartest, committed, high on intent and action people. But less people.
My P&L hence is almost always in alignment with what's right for the company and the customer.
Such a self boasting, showing off post. Alas, I believe this post will help many leaders spread the product first culture.
