Implementer (Post 7/9)
They have a high sense of self-discipline, practical common sense and operate out of a time-driven mindset. Implementers are people who are objective-driven and therefore may subjugate their own needs for the overall purpose of the Team.
They are extremely useful people to be around the Team, as they get down to plodding on the tasks that need to get done, even if it means a great deal of discomfort for themselves. They have a single focus and are reliable with a high capacity for application. They move in projects with a practical solution orientation and as they look for feasibility when encountered with problems.
They are unilateral in pursuit and therefore may tend to be rigid and not open to new ideas. They work through established procedures and mandates with diverting from their task. They can get excessively psyched by deadlines that they may rave and rant and make others work life miserable.
Finally, they finish the job in its complete details and won’t rest until the final bell is rung. Even after the bell is rung, they’ll be found in clearing up the work tables and areas. They are finicky and painstaking in their work routine.
