Some do Trekking, Taekwondo , Marathon or spending long hours in gym ..

Is it only for fitness !! i don't think so ..

There is so much to learn while being in it. It could be of mindset, perseverance, commitment, attitude, discipline, training, habit formation, transformation and so on

My Insights from Karate class of my son:

Imagine if someone is attacking you all the time and you are smartly ignoring and keep moving(No energy or not much energy is lost)

On the other side, when someone is attacking and you are defending and trying to attack them again (more energy is lost)
