Eligibility Criteria:
 Under graduate/ Graduate is Must
 Should be soft spoken & handle patient
 Candidates must have Good English Communication Skills with Hindi & regional Language
 Under 18 Candidates are not entertained
 Should be flexible with shifts
 Laptop/desktop & with good high speed internet connection (Broadband) is must
 Mobile hotspot can’t be used

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Prefer sales experience into Healthcare industry. (Sales experience in other industry also fine)
• Sales experience should be B2C not B2B for minimum 1 yr.

Eligibility Criteria:
 Bachelor Degree with 1-5 years of experience in Operations into Outbound sales
 Outstanding interpersonal and coaching skills
 Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills
 Efficiency in English language
 Good analytical and problem solving skills
 Proficiency in MS Excel

Responsibilities and Duties:
 Setting And Meeting Performance Targets for Accuracy, Efficiency and Quality and
 Ensuring meeting Clients SLA.
 Monitor and Track the performance with respect to SLAs, Clint satisfaction.
 Maintaining Up-to-date Knowledge of Process developments.
 Assist with Assistant .Manager/Manager from the end Users Point of View.
 Monitor the performance standards of the team against planned objectives, and recommending and/or taking corrective actions.
 Document, examine and report quality issues their response and suggest possible improvements.
 Taking care of attrition and shrinkage.
