Job Specific Skills required for FOS
Familiarity with computers and banking applications/software.
Solid understanding of direct/indirect lending products and practices. Agri, SME, knowledge of
locally grown crops and crop cycle
Understanding of KYC, Banking Form filling exercise.
Experience of NBFC, SHG, BC, Rural Bank, Finance company. would be preferred.Assist Branches/ Regions in deploying credit in RUSU area, like Doorstep services, document
collection, customer experience, query resolution, promoting Bank schemes/ products.
Verbal and written local language skills.
