JOB DESCRIPTION – An individual who have played role of Lead QA with following skill set:

 Implement various framework such as CMMI Dev L3, ISMS/ISO 27001 (Information Security), ISO 9001
 Support Quality head in Managing/facilitating various Process management & QA activities in the projects /department with stakeholders
 Facilitate process implementation/deployment in projects & support departments and handle queries from practitioner
 Ensure Quality of deliverables in projects/departments
 Support implementation of Agile/Scrum framework in projects
 Interact/Report to Organization Senior management and client
 Identify process issues proactively and track it to closure
 Collect Metrices as per organization’s measurement framework and conduct the relevant data analysis/RCA
 Ensure all services are provided as per agreement with the customers
 Conduct/Facilitate project delivery reviews
 Participate in Internal and External process assessments
 Ensure organization process compliance by conducting Internal Audit and various reviews
 Conduct/facilitate various Process training and mentor project/department teams on QMS
 Facilitate Customer Satisfaction Survey and relevant data analysis
 Support implementation of various PM, CM tool knowledge such as JIRA, SVN & internal

Technical skills/competencies
 Knowledge of Process Management and Quality fundamentals, Tools & techniques
 Hands-on experience on CMMI for Dev. L3 and above, [Participated in CMMI L3 or above journey of evolution]
 Hands on experience on ISMS and its implementation
 Understanding of various SDLC
 Depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum Process and its implementation
o [Relevant certificate such as SCRUM Master, Agile Coach would be an advantage]
 Good in writing macros and Excel Automation

Soft skills/competencies
 Good Communication Skills [Both Written and Verbal]
 Prompt, Methodical & Disciplined

Qualification
 B.E / B. Tech/ MBA/ MCA or any equivalent degree in I.T. / Computer Science with Post Graduation, in Quality related topics (optional) or Certification in QA
