Job summary:- Provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and ensure a warm welcome for clients, visitors, and employees. Handle administrative tasks, coordinate communications, and maintain a professional and organized reception area.
Key Responsibilities:-
1. Greet and direct visitors, clients, and employees.
2. Manage phone calls, emails, and messages.
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
4. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
5. Handle correspondence, mail, and packages.
6. Provide information and answer queries.
7. Manage office supplies and inventory.
8. Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization.
9. Assist with administrative tasks and projects.
10. Ensure confidentiality and data protection.
Requirements:-
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
• 1+ years of experience in client servicing
• Strong communication and leadership skills
