The Karnataka Vat department has served notices to about 50 dealers who has shown Amazon warehouses (Technology Platform) has its additional place of business in RC, asking them why it should not be cancelled.The Flipkart and Snapdeal operate marketplaces and run warehouses as well.
Today it is Karnataka, tomorrow could be another state.The govt should address the tax related issues for the retail industry not just for e-commerce
