Through Maika Enterprises, she provides tailored solutions such as Tablet Stands, Monitor Stands, and EDC stands, addressing practical workspace needs with precision. Through The Bloom Nursery, she extends her work into green solutions that enhance the overall environment and liveliness of spaces.
Her work in the nursery goes beyond conventional plantation, as she offers customized services ranging from landscaping to farmhouse and resort development, along with indoor and outdoor plantation solutions for corporate and residential spaces. This dual approach reflects a balance between utility and aesthetics, where both structured products and natural elements are designed to improve everyday experiences.
Born and brought up in Delhi, Seema Varshneya’s early life was shaped by strong values of transparency, honesty, and discipline instilled by her family. Academically, she pursued Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Communication, followed by gaining professional experience in multiple MNCs and the corporate sector. After marriage, she transitioned into teaching by completing her B.Ed., aligning her career with her family responsibilities while continuing to stay professionally active.
Maika Enterprises Owner, Seema Varshneya’s shift into entrepreneurship emerged from a clear observation of a gap in the market. While working and interacting with people, she identified a recurring frustration with standard “adjustable” products that often felt like compromises rather than solutions. This insight led her to establish a manufacturing setup focused on delivering truly customized products that match individual needs and expectations. The Bloom Nursery Owner, Seema Varshneya’s mindset has been consistently influenced by a strong inclination toward knowledge and spiritual grounding. Inspired by the teaching “Uttishthata Jagrata Prapya,” associated with Swami Vivekananda’s message of rising, awakening, and persisting until the goal is achieved, she continues to maintain a forward-moving approach in her work. Alongside this, she also draws inspiration from the story of the founder of Alibaba, whose struggles and perseverance in building a global platform reinforce her belief in resilience and long-term vision.
This sense of curiosity also reflects in her lifestyle, where exploration plays a central role. She describes herself as someone who enjoys discovering “nouns”—whether it is a new place, a different kind of food, or meeting new people. This openness to experience allows her to continuously learn, adapt, and expand her perspective without hesitation or preconceived limitations.
Her approach toward challenges is distinctly shaped by her mindset. Rather than labeling situations as struggles, she reframes them as learning experiences, consciously avoiding negativity. Extending this clarity to the younger generation, she emphasizes the importance of honesty, consistency, and focused intent. Rather than getting distracted or entangled in temporary hurdles, she highlights the need to stay aligned with the ultimate goal, referring to it as keeping one’s focus on the “eye of the fish.” This perspective reflects a disciplined mindset where distractions are acknowledged but not allowed to disrupt direction, ensuring continuous forward movement with clarity.
