Organizational Healing-
Chaos enables culture; strategies brew structure. Often, we find ourselves in a fix while engaging with people at the workplace. The choice of which spectrum to bend more toward is a constant dilemma, ending in accepting the tested trend as seeming safer. Organizations are nothing less than an ecosystem drawing their wisdom from nature and human behavior. Chaos is often misconstrued as being clueless and reckless. But the wiser side is that it keeps us alive and open, giving a panoramic view of the entire landscape of the working scenery.
As contextual as it can get, the fact remains that South Asians are more driven by heart, and if the working systems are not designed accordingly, the end game leads to a result that is uncalled and undesirable. The organization is an anatomy of organs called people that keep it running in good health. If any organ fails to work at its potential, the body falls off quickly and looks for repair. We often work on a cure, but what is now essential is 'organizational healing.' And this happens only when we are ready to plunge into prognosis detail based on what is needed and what is not.
