As a mom of two, I know how hard it is to balance everything. I guide you with simple steps to build a business that gives you more family time. Hi I am Gurpreet Kaur, from Brampton, Ontario, Canada. I am originally from India but living in Canada for the last 5years. I came here as a student in 2014, and by the end of 2015, I got married. So now I am a wife and a proud mother of a 4 year old baby

girl. After my maternity leave, I could not go back to my full time work due to my husband’s busy work schedule plus there was no one to take care of my daughter. But last year we manage to put our daughter to child care and I started working full time again from 9-5. My life was like, dropping my daughter to the childcare before going to my work, in the evening pick her after my job and come back and then do the household work. My life was going in the repeated cycle of sleep –Day care – work- household chores – sleep. Even after going through all this phase we were not able to meet our financial needs plus I was missing the Family time. So I wanted a life change where I can manage my timing and the flexibility to have good time with my family and at the same time secure our future with all financial needs. One day, while goggling, I came across a story of Mom who was going through the same phase of life as I was facing. I really got impressed by her story, and I didn’t think twice before registering for the Webinar. As soon I watched the Webinar, I knew I found what exactly I was looking for so long. Today I am blessed to be a part of this business and now I can work at my own pace and comforts. I am not answerable to anyone; I am my own Boss. I can spend more time with my family and create more precious memories together …. This system is amazing, and the people in this system support you and guide you with every step. 💫Yesterday, was a very special day for me… I received this beautiful anniversary email from our back office, reminding me that August 21 marked my 6-year anniversary in this digital business journey.

Honestly, I am so grateful for this.

6 years ago, I started this journey with very little knowledge about online business or marketing. I was simply a mom looking for a way to grow, learn something new, support my family, and create a better future.

I didn’t know everything.
I didn’t have all the skills.
I didn’t have all the answers.

But I was willing to learn and grow.
And I was ready to take one step at a time. 🙏

Today, when I look back, I feel so proud of myself—not because the journey was always easy, but because I didn’t give up.

This journey has helped me grow in so many ways. It taught me about
✔️business, ✔️leadership, ✔️mindset, ✔️consistency, ✔️patience, and ✔️believing in myself even when I was starting from zero.

A very special THANK YOU to our founders, Mike & Darren, for building this incredible community and creating a platform where people can learn, grow, and build together with guidance and support. 🙏

I am truly grateful to be part of a community where we don't have to figure everything out alone. We learn together, support each other, celebrate each other, and grow together.

For the last 6 years, I have also had the privilege of helping moms, parents, and individuals start their own online business journey from scratch—because I know exactly how it feels to be a beginner.

If I could start without knowledge and learn along the way, then I truly believe others can learn too.

And above everything, Waheguru Ji, thank You for showing me this path and guiding me through every season of this journey.

If you’re looking at building real residual income, there are 4 things I think you NEED to look at before choosing a company 👇👇

And after being in this industry for over a decade, Mike and I have learned just how important these are. 🙌

1. The leadership AND the track record.

You’re not just choosing a product or compensation plan. You’re choosing the people and company you’re potentially tying your future to.

Are they committed for the long haul?
Have they already proven they can weather different economies, trends and challenges?
Will they still be here 5, 10, 20 years from now?

Because when you’re building residual income, longevity matters. 💯

2. Are they constantly improving?

No company is perfect. What matters to me is whether they continue evolving, improving their systems, supporting their people and making things BETTER.

I love the garden analogy 🌱

Leave a garden alone and the weeds eventually take over. But continually pull the weeds, plant new seeds and take care of what you’ve built, and it can thrive for YEARS.

Business is no different.

3. How much do they actually PAY? 💰

This one gets overlooked soooo much.

You can have the greatest product in the world, but if you have to sell hundreds or thousands of them just to make a decent income, the math gets pretty difficult.

Mike and I have always loved high-ticket because fewer sales can create significantly more income.

The numbers have to make sense. 🤷‍♂️

4. Do people actually WANT and USE the products?

This is HUGE.

If you’re going to build something for years, you should believe in what you’re sharing.

We personally use our products. We love them. We believe they add value to people’s lives.

And when you genuinely love what you’re sharing, people FEEL that. 🩵

There are obviously other things I would look at too. The community. The training. The systems. The mentorship. The culture.

But these four are pretty high on my list.

Because building residual income isn’t about finding the newest shiny opportunity. ✨

It’s about finding something proven, sustainable and worth building for the LONG TERM. 🙌

To every Indian immigrant woman who is trying to build a better life ✅️This is for you.

When I came to Canada 🇨🇦, I had dreams just like so many of you.
But I had to start again, learn again, and work my way forward from the beginning.

I worked different jobs and kept showing up.

And when I became a mom: My definition of success started to change.

Yes, I wanted to earn. But I also wanted to be present for my children, have more choices, and build something that could grow with me.

That is why I started exploring a digital business alongside my life as a mom.

I didn't have everything figured out when I started. I had no business experience.

I simply believed that learning new skills and building something of my own could help me create a different future.

Today, I’m still learning, still growing, and still building.

And now, it has been 6 years on this journey.

So if you are an immigrant woman, a mom, or simply someone who feels there has to be more than just surviving paycheck to paycheck.

Please remember this 🫵 Your starting point does not decide your ending.

You may have to start small.
You may have to learn something new.
You may have to believe in yourself before anyone else does.

But don't give up on the woman you are becoming.

Sometimes, one decision to explore something new can become the beginning of a completely different chapter.

💫 You don’t have to be an influencer to build something online.

One of the things I love about this digital business journey is that I’m always learning.

Last week, I was watching our Millionaire Mastermind training while my kids were right beside me.

And the topic really stood out to me: ✔️✔️Faceless Marketing.

So many people think that to build an online business, they have to constantly be on camera, post their personal life, dance on Reels or become a social media influencer. 😅

But that’s simply not the only way.

There are different strategies, tools and ways to market online. From paid advertising and AI to content creation and faceless marketing, we continue learning and adapting as the digital world changes.

What inspired me even more was seeing successful coaches in our community who are building their business while choosing to remain completely private.

And as a busy mom, I personally love that learning can fit around real life too. My kids were around me, life was happening, and I was still able to sit down and learn something new.

💫 In In life, there comes a point when you realize… it’s not just about earning more.

It’s about having more time for the people who matter most.

I remember the days when I had to leave my daughter at daycare while I went to work. I was grateful to have a career, but deep down, it was hard knowing I was missing some of her little moments and milestones.

That experience made me ask myself: “Is there another way?”🤔

When I became a mom for the second time, I started looking for a way to build something that could fit around my family—not make my family fit around my work.

Today, I’m so grateful for the little things I once wished I had more of:

✨ Being there for my kids’ activities
✨ Enjoying family dinners
✨ Hearing their little stories
✨ Being present for the moments that don’t come back

I’m not saying an online business changes everything overnight. It takes learning, consistency, patience and action.

But sometimes, taking that first step can open the door to more choices, more flexibility, and more time for what truly matters.

Because at the end of the day, our children won’t remember how many hours we worked…

They’ll remember how present we were.❤️

If you’re a parent who has ever wished for more time with your family while still building something for your future, I see you.

Maybe this is your reminder that it’s okay to dream about something different.

💫Glimpse of our Friday Night Team Meeting ✌️

The best part of this journey isn’t just building a business… it’s building it alongside such amazing people.

One of the highlights of yesterday’s team meeting was having our power couple, Dustin & Mitu, share a great presentation on “How to Lead Your Team.”

I could literally see everyone:
✌️ So engaged
✌️ Listening and thinking about how they can apply these lessons in their own journey

And honestly, I’m sure everyone walked away feeling more confident and motivated to step up.

We also talked about some exciting new updates in our business and updates to our training platform.

What I love most about these meetings is that we’re not just learning what to do… we’re learning how to become better leaders, better teammates, and better versions of ourselves along our digital business journey.

I am so grateful to Dustin & Mitu for sharing their knowledge, and to everyone who showed up with an open mind and willingness to learn. 🙏

We may all have different stories and different goals, but we’re growing together, one step at a time.

This is what makes our community so special — learning, sharing, supporting and growing together.

💫Today’s coaching calls reminded me again why I chose this on.line journey.

I had the opportunity to sit down with Suman Ji from the USA 🇺🇸, who is currently working in healthcare and wants to build something alongside her job.

She shared something so many parents can relate to…

As the kids grow, so do the expenses.

And sometimes, working more hours or taking on another job isn’t the answer — because there is only so much time and energy we have.

She doesn’t want to leave her job overnight. She simply wants to start building something of her own, step by step, so she can create another option for her family.

Then I had my coaching call with Darshan from Australia 🇦🇺

He had his own business before, but due to health challenges, he had to close it down. Today, he is working long hours as a security officer, but deep down, he knows this isn’t where he wants to stay forever.

He misses having the flexibility to work on his own terms.

And honestly… I could understand both stories so well.

Because I remember being in that place myself.

I was working in banking, raising my family, trying to balance work and motherhood, and constantly thinking about how quickly my children were growing.

I didn’t want to miss those little moments again.

That’s why I started looking for a different path — something I could learn, build and grow around my family life.

And today, one of the things I’m most grateful for is being able to sit on the other side of the table as a coach .

My job isn’t to promise anyone overnight success.

My job is to help people understand the model, learn the skills, follow the training, use the tools available to them, and take those first steps with proper guidance.

Suman and Darshan are at different stages of life, living in different countries, and coming from completely different careers…

But the reason they started looking is very similar:

They want more options for their future.

Your story can change too — but it starts with one small step.
