Our story has been featured in the book “From Waste to Wealth: Startups Turning Trash into Treasure in and around Gujarat”, authored by Prof. (Dr.) Bindiya Soni and Dr. Komal Shukla.

The book documents our journey from the genesis of our idea to the impact we are creating today. What began as a development of waste recovery and recycling in municipal solid waste has now evolved into the regional deployment of our technology and circular materials.

We are grateful to the authors as such stories become an inspiration for others to drive the circular economy forward.

Proud to celebrate our teammate’s big win!

Harsh Chaurasiya, Mechanical Design Intern at Saltech Design Labs with his team, has secured a place among the Top 10 teams at the India Design Week 2026 Grand Finale North Region, held at NIET Greater Noida. The event was organised by the ICT Academy and powered by Autodesk.

He joined us last year as an intern and has demonstrated consistent growth, a strong learning orientation, and an ability to approach challenges with thoughtful intent.

What if waste wasn’t the end of the story, but the beginning of something meaningful?

Villgro in collaboration with Mercedes-Benz Research & Development India (MBRDI) had launched Climate Tech Incubator program, where we were supported with expert guidance and industry connections to scale our Waste-to-Infrastructure recycling solution.

Our technology turns low-value plastic and industrial waste into high-performance infrastructure products. Until now, we have recycled 650+ MT of mixed waste and prevented 3,338 tCO2e emissions, by deploying more than 2,50,000 sq. ft. of pavement products.

We’re proud to be a part of a growing ecosystem that is actively shaping cleaner, safer, and more sustainable cities.

On the 26th of March, our Founder & CEO, Mr. Aditya Shukla, took part in the Pilot to Procurement panel discussion at the SAAF Cities 2.0 event in Mumbai, organized by Villgro and HDFC Bank Parivartan.

The panel engaged key discussions between municipal government, startups, CSO, investors and think tanks for commercialization of innovations. Mr. Aditya represented startups in the climate space, contributing to conversations on creating pathways of embedding waste and water solutions within public systems.

This event was part of SAAF Cities 2.0, a flagship program that aims to scale deployable, high-impact innovations in India’s urban waste and wastewater management.
