It provides engineering as well as strategic consultancy on renewable energy and environment space to governments, industries and civil soci-eties on PAN India basis. Around 62% of the Indian population are in the age group of 15-59 and approximately 54% of the total population are below the 25 years age group. Most of them are not employable and significant of them are trapped in subsistence nature of farming. On the other hand, as the economy is growing in India, demand for skilled manpower is increasing rapidly.
