I made a huge mistake with my first sales page.

It was perfect. Or so I thought.

Beautiful design. Clever copy. Irresistible offer.

But it didn't convert. At all.

Why?

I forgot the most important thing:

The customer.

Here's how I fixed it:

1. Surveyed my audience
Understanding their real pain points changed everything

2. Spoke their language
No more jargon, just clear benefits they actually cared about

3. Simplified the journey
One clear path from problem to solution

4. Added a guarantee
Removed the risk, boosted trust

5. Optimized for mobile
80% of traffic was on phones. Duh.

The lesson?
