If you’re a millennial, this evening felt like someone took all our childhood favourites, gave them a very grown-up glow-up and turned them into the cutest night out. 🥹✨🍸

The Millennial’s Cocktail Diary had everything from nostalgic cola gummies 🥤🍬 and familiar after-school flavours to clever cocktails 🍹, delicious little bites 🍗🍤 and dishes that were genuinely so fresh and flavourful. 🌿🍋🫒 Every section of the menu felt like a tiny throwback, but with a fun Mediterranean twist. 🥰

And honestly, it wasn’t just about the food and drinks. The warm, relaxed setting 🕯️, lovely service 🤎, little details ✨, easy conversations and that whole unhurried feeling made it such a wholesome experience. 🫶🏼

Also, the Chocolate Hazelnut Crémeux 🍫🌰 deserves a special mention because it is STILL my all-time favourite here. I would happily go back just for this. 😭❤️

A little nostalgia, a lot of good food, cocktails worth talking about and the loveliest vibes. 🥂💫 Exactly the kind of evening you want to stretch out for one more drink, one more bite and one more story. 🥹🍸

Apparently KO stands for Keep Ordering… because stopping at one cocktail is simply not happening. 🍸😂

Come as you are, order whatever you want and settle in for a good time. The Bangkok Bubble Gum, Hot Pot Cold Glass, Citrus No.5 & Plumdog Millionaire are the cocktails I’d happily go back for. 🍸✨

Don’t skip the Philly Cream Cheese Dimsums, Butter Garlic Prawns, Stone Pot Sushi & Gyozas either. 🥟🍤🍣

Great food, even better drinks, games, music and zero judgement. Basically, all the right ingredients for a slightly questionable evening. 🥂🎲🪩

Not every pretty restaurant has food that lives up to the hype… this one absolutely does. 🍣✨

From the very first bite, it was clear why Jypsy is always on people’s Singapore recommendations. Their menu is a fun take on modern Japanese cuisine with dishes that are packed with flavour while still looking incredibly photogenic.

We started with the famous salmon tacos (definitely get these), followed by the nest of cabbage coleslaw, fresh sushi, indulgent bacon wrapped spinach, and finished with dessert because there was no way we were leaving without trying something sweet. Every dish was beautifully plated, full of flavour, and perfect for sharing.

A special mention to the staff as well, who made the entire experience even better. They were warm, attentive, happy to help with recommendations, and made sure we had a great evening from start to finish.

The waterfront setting at Marina Bay is a lovely bonus without taking away from what really stands out here: the food. Whether you’re stopping by for lunch, dinner, or just drinks and a few small plates, it’s the kind of place that’s worth adding to your Singapore itinerary.
