Proof that pretty restaurants can have really good food too 😭🍸✨

📍 Mido Social House, GK, New Delhi

Came here for Sunday lunch with my girls and accidentally spent HOURS here because everything was just too good 🫶🏼 The whole place has such chic European social house vibes with gorgeous interiors, dreamy terrace seating, amazing music, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to keep ordering “just one more drink” 🍹

And the food? Absolutely delivered. The mezze platter was so good we literally ordered repeats 😭 the dimsums disappeared in seconds, the cheesy flatbread was unreal, and the cocktails were actually strong, flavourful, and properly balanced which is SO rare these days 👏🏼✨

Such a fun spot for long lunches, dinner dates, cocktails with friends, or just one of those feel good indulgent meals 💃🏻🍴

Gelato state of mind 🍨✨

📍 Firenze Gelateria & Caffè, Defence Colony, New Delhi

With Delhi NCR burning up rn, there is no other place I’d rather be. Walked into Firenze for “just one scoop” and somehow ended up wanting to try every flavour in the display 😭✨ Tried the Baileys gelato and it was insanely smooth, rich and indulgent with the perfect hint of coffee and creaminess ☕️🤌🏻 The pistachio gelato was equally unreal, nutty, velvety and exactly the kind of flavour you keep stealing bites of 🍃💚

Also obsessed with how they’ve got flowing chocolate on tap, refreshing fruit sorbets and such fun interesting flavours that make the whole experience feel straight out of a cute little Italian gelateria 🇮🇹🍫🍦🫶🏻

Phuket it till you make it; because this trip was equal parts beach, bites and bliss 🌴😌

One of the easiest international trips for us Indians honestly; short flights ✈️, super convenient transport 🚕, surprisingly affordable 💸, and locals who are genuinely warm and friendly towards Indians 🤍 it’s the kind of destination where everything just works and you can focus on enjoying yourself!

My days were basically a rotation of beaches 🏖️, food 🍜, massages 💆‍♀️, sunsets 🌅 and repeat; always slightly sun-kissed ☀️, always full 🥭, and always planning the next meal!

tom yum goong that fixed every tired day 🍲
green curry with rice - proper comfort food 🍛
satay with peanut sauce that I could eat daily 🍗
fresh grilled prawns, squid and fish right by the sea 🦐🐟
coconut ice cream served in an actual coconut 🍨🥥
Drinks were a whole category on their own🍹🥥

Thai iced coffee on repeat ☕
fresh coconut water straight from the shell 🥥
Chang beer by the beach 🍺

tropical fruit juices, smoothies & cocktails everywhere 🍍🍹

Phuket is one of those destinations that feels exciting but still very comfortable for Indian travellers; great food, stunning beaches, friendly people, and you can have an amazing trip without burning a hole in your pocket. already thinking about when I can go back ✈️🌴
