• Manage job postings and applicants
• Evaluate/Screen candidates for a technical and cultural fit.
• Follow-up, scheduling and coordination of interviews
• Experience in sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through various portals and social media and other non-traditional methods (e.g, Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook etc.)
• Ability to quickly understand the given requirement and source quality candidates
• Proven ability to evaluate, screen, negotiate and understand candidates preferences
• Good verbal communication and writing skills
• Positive attitude, result oriented and a desire to excel and feel good
• Self driven, confident and comfortable with team as well as work independently
