I’ve heard about this book, “Who Moved My Cheese?” by Spencer Johnson, for ages. I have heard multiple reviews about this book, some say they hated it and it was useless while others have loved it.

So, I finally decides to read it today. It’s a short read of 90 pages so it’ll be easy to summarize the important points. A must read for everyone... To start with, this book properly points out how humans are far from perfect.

We think of ourselves as a logical, smart, incredible species because we look at what we’ve accomplished but in reality, we’re irrational, emotional beings that can get easily rooted in inefficient and old habits that we grow into out of favoritism.

Today I came across a book called, "Leadership is a Personal Choice", a must read...!!! Would we want to be remembered as someone who did their best to make a positive difference...??? That is a choice we all have....!!!

"When a poor village woman goes to the market in the morning, buys some vegetables and then sells them house to house and feeds her family, she is making a choice to be a leader... When a person speaks out against corruption, he makes the choice to be a leader. Every morning when we get up, we all have the same choice; do I want to take a leadership stance?

Those that do, leave a legacy of honor. Those who don't, leave a bad taste in the mouth. This book is for those who take stances of honor and those who are sitting on the fence... We decide how we want to be remembered...."
