Payroll is often seen as a finance task.

But in reality, employees experience organizational culture through their pay slip every month.

I had the privilege of being part of an engaging panel discussion on ā€œUncomplicating Payroll for MSMEs.ā€ šŸ’¬

The session explored how organizations, especially MSMEs, can navigate evolving payroll structures, compliance frameworks, and the upcoming labor codes in India.

One of the highlights was the detailed breakdown of the new labor code by CA Venugopal Gella. His insights on how organizations should prepare for these changes were extremely practical and valuable.

A few key perspectives I shared during the discussion:
