Industrial Visit 2026 🎓 | Sikkim & Darjeeling

As part of the Department of Management, Manipur Technical University, we had the opportunity to gain practical exposure through our industrial visit.

We explored:

• Mayell & Fraser Private Limited – a well-established company in Rangpo, East Sikkim, specializing in alcoholic beverage manufacturing.

• Happy Valley Tea Estate – established in 1854, one of the oldest tea gardens in Darjeeling, known for its premium organic orthodox teas.

This visit provided valuable insights into real-world operations, production processes, and industry practices—bridging the gap between theory and practice.
