Position: Account Manager - Sales (Hunter)

Job Description:
The position shall be accountable for the delivery, management and performance of the sales for the IT infrastructure sales and services in the assigned accounts/territory, including managing the long-term strategy and day-to-day operations of Company in the accounts/territory. The position reports to the Sales Director for the region in India

Strategy for Account Management:
1. Overall responsibility for strategic planning and New business development in the assigned Accounts/territory.

3. Develop new opportunities and sources of revenue generation in the assigned territory
4. Develop focused Strategic Account Plans for named accounts
5. End to end responsibility of managing sales deals and selling at the CXO Level
6. Responsible for coordinating tender/business proposals and technical presentations as per customer requirements
7. Consultative sales in the area of System Integration
8. Create mindshare and connects within the key OEM ecosystem
9. Improving market coverage, profitability, customer satisfaction
10. Develop plans to build opportunities pipeline (to exceed 3 x order-to-go-target by mid-year)

Sales Achievement: Achieve delivery of committed sales targets through active participation in reviewing sales opportunities, by networking with potential customers' senior management members and in driving the closure of the deals.

Job Description:
This position for Practice Lead - Security is responsible for supporting Sales/Presales in positioning and selling OEM led security solutions, company Cyberdefense solutions and its portfolio, assisting in providing product/service and commercial overviews of Security offerings.

Key responsibilities are as follows:
1. Understand customers business models and drivers and translate them into solution specifications and outcomes through strong knowledge of the Security portfolio.
2. Inform Sales Team of service offerings and changes, while refining sales messaging and value propositions.
3. Attend, lead and engage with customer meetings and events to introduce and promote company Security solutions and services.
4. Partner with presales as required in qualifying opportunities, delivering demonstrations, and providing security consulting expertise.
5. Provide design support of security solutions for both new and existing customers (managed or integrated) in support of increasing sales.

Skill Profile:
1. Demonstrable experience as a security engineer/consultant, preferably presales experience.
2. Extensive experience within the security industry
3. Technical advice and support for customers on IT security projects, with a focus on following subject areas: SIEM (Rapid7 /Splunk/ ArcSight/ Sentinel, etc.), Cloud Security & Architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP, Microsoft Defender), NAC, MFA, SD-WAN and Network & Infrastructure Security: NGFW (Palo Alto, Cisco, Checkpoint, Fortinet), EDR, XDR, SSE / SASE Solutioning and Planning.
4. Advisory and consultative selling on Zero Trust, Application Security and threat intelligence.
5. Experience in solutions managing Identity Access Management (IAM), Data protection and AD/ Database security.
6. Ability to understand security posture and accelerate IT / Network Security transformation
7. Experience with Managed Security Services portfolios specifically Security Operations Centres.
