The Concept of the Glass façade building is generated from this urge of people to have the feel of being in the midst of nature while they stay in concrete buildings. But such an arrangement always entails excess load on air- condition.
This excess Solar Heat and Glare forced people to cover the glass façade with film and Blinds which eventually blocks the view the nature which was supposed to be seen through the glass façade.
