कोओ वाले अड्डे में चोरी की कोशिश नाकाम, चौकीदार की सतर्कता से तीन चोर फरार
जम्मू: कोओ वाले अड्डे में देर रात चोरी की एक बड़ी कोशिश उस समय नाकाम हो गई, जब तीन अज्ञात चोर नाले की दीवार पार कर परिसर में घुस गए। जानकारी के अनुसार, ड्यूटी पर तैनात चौकीदार की नजर चोरों पर पड़ते ही वे घबरा गए और अपने साथ लाया गया सामान मौके पर ही छोड़कर नाले में कूदकर फरार हो गए।
घटना के बाद क्षेत्र में लोगों के बीच सुरक्षा को लेकर चिंता बढ़ गई है। कोओ वाले अड्डे के अध्यक्ष कमल प्रधान ने पुलिस विभाग और सरकार से मांग की है कि इलाके में सुरक्षा व्यवस्था को और सख्त किया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि नियमित पुलिस गश्त, पर्याप्त सुरक्षा कर्मियों की तैनाती और प्रभावी निगरानी से चोरी, मारपीट और अन्य आपराधिक घटनाओं पर अंकुश लगाया जा सकता है तथा अपराधियों के मन में कानून का भय बना रहेगा।
फिलहाल, पुलिस से अपेक्षा की जा रही है कि घटना की जांच कर दोषियों की पहचान कर उन्हें जल्द गिरफ्तार किया जाए।

Jammu: A major theft attempt at Koo Wale Adda was foiled late at night due to the alertness of the watchman on duty. According to reports, three unidentified thieves entered the premises after climbing over the wall along the nearby drain with the intention of committing theft.
As soon as the watchman noticed the intruders, the thieves panicked. They abandoned the items they were carrying and jumped into the drain before fleeing the scene under the cover of darkness.
The incident has raised concerns among local residents regarding the area's security. Koo Wale Adda President **Kamal Pradhan** has appealed to the police department and the government to strengthen security arrangements in the area. He stated that regular police patrols, the deployment of adequate security personnel, and effective surveillance would help prevent thefts, assaults, and other criminal activities while creating a strong deterrent against crime.
Residents are now expecting the police to conduct a thorough investigation, identify the suspects, and arrest those responsible at the earliest to ensure such incidents do not occur again.
