Tata AIA - Youth Pioneers program
An interesting opportunity to learn, earn & get placed, all at the same time for a leading Insurance organization of repute and market standing.
This is a call for a training, certification program cm placement opportunity. The training is provided by Manipal Global and you will be certified by Manipal University. The training is a 12 month course with residential training, internship & on the job training followed by placement in the Life Insurance organization. You get paid a stipend of 1.36 lacs + incentives. The fees for the entire course is 1.88 lacks (Including food, accommodation, a tablet and taxes). Post training, you will be placed in the role of Relationship Manager with a CTC of 2.8 lacks, plus an opportunity to earn incentives, depending on your performance.

Sales:
Achieve the set business target
Customer acquisition through different sources of lead generation
Implementation of sales process
Follow the services to sales model which includes pre sale, during sale and post sale
To develop and implement short term and long term plans to achieve sales target
Customer Orientation & Reporting (MIS):
Adhere to Activity Management Framework advised
Follow up on their database/leads provided by lead management system (Orphan/New Prospects)
Ensuring compliance to internal sales process
Should be process and product champion to ensure adherence to TALIC policies and procedure
Eligibility Details:
Any graduate Freshers (with min 50% aggregate) or experience with not more than 3 years of experience as on the date of application
Age up to 27 years of age as on 31st March of the calendar year of application
Preferred if you have insurance & finance awareness
Other Qualities:
Basic English language understanding / communication (required)
Clear communication (Local language) (required)
Basic Maths skills (% calculation, interest calculation) (required)
Computer skills – word, excel
