Save the honor of Saint Gen. Hanut MVC,PVSM
This is to bring to your attention the overnight illegal sealing of Lt. Gen Hanut Singh's Ashram and Samadhi on Rajpur Road, Dehradun without following any due course of legal procedure. Once sealed the keys of the Ashram were allegedly delivered to Shiv Rudra Yogi, Chairman of the Shiv Bala Yogi Ashram Trust located next to Hanut Singh's Ashram and Samadhi Sthal.
In a letter addressed to all followers of Gen. Hanut Singh, received from Mr. HRS Rana, PR Agent representing Shiv Rudra Yogi,Mr Rana has admitted to have joined hands with the Uttarakhand Govt. by expressing interests in taking over the Ashram already sealed by the Government. In response to the letter received, attached is the open letter released on behalf of all the devotees and followers of Saint General Hanut Singh ji.
Who was Hanut Singh?
He is the only known soldier to have been awarded by the enemy state in the world history for gallantly leading his regiment through an unbreached minefield and single handedly destroying 48 tanks overnight during the 1971 Indo Pak War destroying Pakistans largest Armoured Regiment 13 Lancers in less than 12 hours, ensuring they ceased to exist. Honored as Fakhr-e-hind by Pakistan Govt. and Army.
He was the inventor and father of Tank Warfare Tactics in South Asia, his manuals and doctrines being followed by Indian Army till date.

We strongly urge you to cover this issue and help us achieve justice for illegally sealing Hanut Singh's Samadhi for the vested interests of various Political Leaders in cahoots with Shiv Rudra Yogi.
