Strategic
• Review weekly plans for the orders being received, processed and despatched
• Responsible for achievement of delivery timelines
• Plan and coordinate data related to sales, collections on an all India basis for Management
• Interact with distributors regularly and resolve their queries regarding deliveries
• Monitor and track status against 100% target of billing and collections given by Management
• Understand the brand philosophy and ensure that the branding SOPs are followed by everyone

SALES
• Order evaluation.
• Order sanitization in the system.
• Timely order dispatches.
• Preparing bill projections at the beginning of every month and then following it up with all stakeholders on a weekly basis.
• Close coordination with the Collection person for outstanding from our distributors/traders/dealers and their dispatches.
• Speaking to the Sales people intermittently.
• Attending weekly sales meetings for the various divisions like Hot6, KSE-Industrial, Chemical Bros, Head Masters, Respiratory & GVS, Foot Protection & Hi5 (Gloves).
• Follow up with TALLY for any functional issues or any additional requirements that may arise in the future.
• Coordinate Monthly/Quarterly Review meetings (to happen in the first week of every month).
• Working on improvement of our processes.
• Order booking analysis twice a month.
• Sales billing analysis of any product line like we are doing now for Helmets with past years and sharing with the various Heads to understand how & where we have gone up or down as the case may be.
• Analysis is an important aspect of any business growth. Therefore, you will spend some time on this.
• Whenever there is a seminar, look into all the aspects as per the requirements.
• Coordinating for Audit related work. Get the Customer satisfaction feedback forms and the Index done on a monthly basis for audit. Customer complaints register on a monthly basis for audit.
• Handling BIS Certification, CE Certification as well as UL Certification etc.
PURCHASE
• Close coordination about our Purchase orders being placed on Vendors/Principals in time and the payment to be made to them on time.
• Weekly Purchase analysis on all our major product lines, and where there is any high value sales order bagged by us.
• Coordinate with the Clearing agent CHA that our goods are cleared out as fast as possible.
• In view of the new amendment for BIS certification, you will have to study gradually all the product lines' CE, ANSI & BIS norms.

Administrative / Development
• Responsible for work related to administration - finalizing rate contracts, administrative work related to housekeeping, insurance, elevators, fire extinguishers, maintenance, server and laptops.
• Establish strong working relationships with the Sales team, factory team and functional managers
• Ensure that the team is trained on the job on processes so that they can multi-task as and when required. Train staff to deliver a high standard of customer service. Supervise and motivate team and to review their performance periodically
• Update self on products or services and keeping up to date with changes. Keep ahead of developments in customer service by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending courses.
• Visit factory twice in a month.
• Visit Regional offices when required.
