Shift timing- Night Conducting Team Meetings time to time for their progress and issues. To handle employee’s queries and grievances. To conduct appraisals and getting it completed for the employees through their respective manager. To conduct feedback sessions with managers to know the performance of the group and further action planning. To communicate corporate communications, change in policy accordingly to the respective group. To conduct floor level activity and events within organization. Taking care of attendance and leave records To track activities of employee for timely confirmation, promotion, transfer and their separation. To maintain and update employee database, keeping track of headcount status. To arrange distribution of ID cards, medical insurance, and ESIC cards to the employees. Employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training. To plan, direct and coordinate the administrative functions of an organization
