Responsibilities

Arithmetic and technical checking of all the bills (RA and other bills) as per contracts.
Time to time reconciliation of expenditure with project estimated cost and actual construction.
Rate Analysis, checking the work order, BOQ checking
Finalization of BOQS, estimates and other documents.
Prepare budgetary projections.

Procure or agree the services of contractors or subcontractors who work on the construction of project.
Coordinating with the billing/accounts/finance team in head office and civil staff on sites.
