I've seen organisations spend months evaluating software platforms, AI tools, ERP systems, and automation solutions......while spending very little time understanding their existing workflows, operational bottlenecks, or business objectives.

That's where many transformation initiatives lose direction.

Technology should never be the starting point. Business clarity should.

The Business-First Framework

Identify the root cause, not just the visible problem.

2️⃣ Simplify the Business Process
Remove unnecessary complexity before introducing technology.
