• Position: Manager Operations
• No: of vacancy: 2
• Gender: Male
• Age: 40-45yrs
• Exp: 8-10yrs (Security Industry)
• Qualifications: Ex-serviceman (Air Force/Navy)
• Salary: 3.5 to 4.50 lacs annual CTC
• Location: Kolkata

JD:
1. Maintaining quality service level.
2. Exploring the client end thoroughly ( Turn over, other vendors, website info)
3. Developing inter personal skills within the team, more group activities, dynamic approach
4. Exploring all possible ways for further business develop from existing clients
5. Taking reports on the functioning of entire Operation team from Assistant Manager
6. Govt. Liaisons – PSARA
7. Realization of payments from outstanding amounts.
8. Branch Operations
9. Impart developmental training once in a week( Preferable Saturdays)
10. Ensuring service appreciation letters from existing clients (at least three per month)
11. Generating at least one new business from reference of existing clients
12. Developing VAS( Value Added Service), bringing in new ideas on the table, at least one new initiative in every month
13. Positively participating in meetings, conference etc at least one in three months for self as well as organizational development.
