Title of the position : Sales Assistant (50 Post)
: Agriculture officer (5 Post)
Key areas of responsibility:
a) Acquire necessary product knowledge from the training given
b) Understand the territory given and identify suspects and prospects
c) Daily door knocks and giving effective demonstration to the prospects
d) Achieve the sales target given for the certain area
e) File regular daily reports
f) Identify competitive products and inform the marketing department
g) Help in product promotional activities
h) Ability to travel extensively in rural villages for meeting farmers
Qualifications (necessary skills and experience required):
SSC, Intermediate (or) PUC, Graduation (Degree).
(Preferably Fresh Candidates.)
Age: above 19 years and below 34 years
Candidate Profile: Rural Based Candidates (Preferably)
1. Sales Representative Initial 3 months-as an Agent Rs.6690/- T.A & PRIs Based on Company Norms Performance related promotion.
2. Agriculture Officer Payroll 7000/- + TA+DA+Loadging
