• Conduct field recruitment drives for store roles
• Source candidates from colleges, local networks & job fairs
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews
• Manage walk-ins and bulk hiring requirements
• Support onboarding of store employees
✅ Ideal Candidate
• 3–5 years experience in recruitment
• Experience in retail or bulk hiring preferred
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Comfortable with field travel
