Designation: Hydrotest Supervisor

Responsibilities:

* The Company is seeking experienced Hydrotest Supervisors with proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC companies executing Cross-Country Pipeline, Flowline, Gathering Station, and Oil & Gas Facility Projects.
* Demonstrated track record of successfully supervising hydrotesting on large Oil & Gas pipeline construction projects.
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise hydrotesting activities in accordance with approved Hydrotest Procedures, Method Statements, Test Packs, project specifications, and HSE requirements.
* Supervise all activities related to test preparation, line cleaning, flushing, filling, pressurization, pressure holding, depressurization, dewatering, drying, and reinstatement.
* Review P&IDs, isometric drawings, line lists, test limits, test packs, and hydrotest diagrams to ensure correct test boundaries and requirements.
* Ensure proper installation and verification of temporary blinds, test manifolds, pressure gauges, relief devices, hoses, pumps, and other hydrotest equipment before commencement of testing.
* Coordinate closely with Pipeline Engineers, Construction Supervisors, QA/QC, HSE, Commissioning Teams, Client representatives, and Third-Party Inspectors to ensure safe and efficient ex*****on of hydrotesting activities.
* Ensure all pressure gauges, pumps, recorders, hoses, fittings, and other testing equipment are calibrated, certified, and fit for use.
* Ensure strict compliance with pressure testing safety requirements, exclusion zones, barricading, warning signage, permit-to-work requirements, and emergency procedures.
* Monitor hydrotest activities and ensure test pressures, holding times, temperature, and other parameters are maintained as per approved procedures and project specifications.
* Coordinate with QA/QC and Client representatives for inspection, witnessing, test acceptance, documentation, and clearance of hydrotest activities.
* Prepare and maintain hydrotest records, test reports, pressure charts, punch lists, and other required documentation.
* Supervise dewatering, drying, reinstatement, and restoration of tested pipeline sections and ensure completion as per project requirements.
* Strong leadership, communication, planning, coordination, safety awareness, and team-management skills.

# Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical qualification.

# Experience: 08 to 10 Years (with Oil & Gas EPC / Pipeline experience, preferably in Oman)
