JOIN US AS A FREELANCE TRAINER FOR BANKING INSURANCE AND BUSINESS COMMUNICATION

An opportunity be a certified trainer for a CSR employability initiative by a leading Corporate. Training for Final year Graduating Students.

1. BANKING TRAINER
Eligibility: Min 3 years' work experience in a Bank or a large NBFC, ideally in a retail business role. A thorough understanding of asset, liability and fee-based products, selling and other branch banking processes.
Experience : Min 3 years of training experience especially in a corporate sector would be an advantage. Induction training of new bank employees and /or working as a visiting faculty in colleges or management institutes would be an advantage. Having worked in a customer facing role is an added advantage.
Preferred Age : 35 - 65 years.
Commercials: Starting minimum Rs 16,000 for 24 hrs duration per batch.

2. INSURANCE TRAINER
Eligibility: The trainer must have worked in an insurance company ideally in customer facing or intermediary facing roles.
Experience : The trainer should have some certification from IRDA or any reputed insurance training institute, should have strong understanding of main insurance principles and how these are applied, should have thorough knowledge of all personal insurance products (Life and General), underwriting and claims processing.
The trainer must have min 3 years of training experience. Corporate training experience would be an advantage.
Preferred Age : 35 - 65 years.
Commercials: Starting minimum Rs 16,000 for 24 hrs duration per batch.

3. BUSINESS COMMUNICATION
Eligibility: Min 3 years' experience of working with students / youth for communication skills and workplace skills trainings. Experience of working in a corporate team setting as a trainer or in any other role would be an advantage.
Experience : The trainer should demonstrate deep understanding of the principles and practices of business communication, barriers to communication, relationship among thoughts, emotions and behaviour and other theoretical aspects of communication. We are looking for practitioners with solid understanding of theory.
Certification in REBT or any psychology related course would be an advantage. Certification or Accreditation in training or facilitation would be an advantage.
Preferred Age : 35 - 65 years.
Commercials: Starting minimum Rs 24,000 for 36 hrs duration per batch

Trainers from following Locations are needed on Freelance basis :
Maharastra: Ratnagiri, Sindhudurg, Satara, Raigad
Karnataka: Uttar Karnataka, Dharwad, Haveri, Shimoga
Goa: North Goa, South Goa

Commercials for Trainers travelling to other nearby locations: Travel + Food+ Accommodation reimbursement.
