I am not perfect

I am unfit

I am 20lbs overweight

We live in a world that glorifies perfection and ideal body types

For me, it’s impossible to live with a ‘set of rules’

I live with anxiety

I always fear the imperfections

I’ve felt demoralized

I’ve felt worthless as I didn’t have the ‘perfect body’

After struggling with mental health challenges including depression and anxiety for quite some time...

and, Hire a real thumbnail designer

Stop using Canva and making sh*tty thumbnails yourself.

Let the experts do their job. Guide them maybe but make your thumbnails relevant and eye-catching…

Your audience want to know what you are offering to them

Thumbnails are the first thing that makes people curious

They will decide whether to watch it or not within 2-3 seconds

To make it better

- Use high-quality, bright images
- Texts or other elements should be clearly visible
- Avoid clickbait

Anyone can stand out with clickbait, be the change
