The first time, we asked why buildings still ran on wires. This time, we asked why building automation still depended on who could get to site.
For decades, configuring a building management system meant sending people to every single site. One engineer, one building, days of manual setup, and the whole process starting over the moment anything needed to change. The industry treated this as the cost of doing business. We did not.
We believed configuration should move as fast as the intelligence behind it. So once again, since it did not exist, we built it.
That belief is now our second granted Indian patent: "System and Method for Cloud-Based Configuration of Building Management Controller(s)."
For the industry, this changes what is physically necessary. Controllers can now be configured, updated, and scaled from the cloud, from anywhere, without a single site visit. What used to take weeks now takes minutes. What used to need a team on the ground now needs a login.
This is our second patent in under a year. The first proved buildings could go wireless. This one proves they can be run without boundaries of geography at all.
Two patents. One conviction. That Bharat does not just adopt infrastructure technology. It builds it, and it sets the terms for how the rest of the world will build it next.
