There is a particular kind of exhaustion that does not always look like exhaustion.
You still show up. You still meet deadlines, answer calls, care for people you love and carry on with your day. From the outside, nothing seems to be falling apart.
But somewhere within you, something may be asking to be acknowledged.
We are often praised for being strong, yet rarely taught how to sit with what strength is protecting.
Meditation has taught me that looking within is not about finding something to fix. It is about becoming quiet enough to notice what has been asking for our attention all along.
You do not have to make every difficult emotion meaningful.
Sometimes, you simply need to sit with yourself long enough to stop pretending that you are unaffected.
Because real strength is not always about holding everything together.
Sometimes, it is having the courage to be honest about what is happening within you.♥️
