Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall incharge of a Hospital in Reengus.

2. Prepare Annual Budget and P&L for the hospital. Its timely implementation as per approved budget
3. Make 3 year master plan and growth path for the hospital.
4. Expansion of OPD facility and Lab facility
5. Increasing the no. of OPD patients
6. Day to day administration of hospital.
7. Statutory approval / licenses for running the hospital

8. Coordinate work with hospital-based project staff, facilitate regular reporting of deadlines, follow up on deliverables, set weekly meetings, develop agendas for the meetings, facilitate communications with the group

9. Facilitate and contribute to the development of hospital site-specific quality improvement.

10. Monitoring the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assesses the need for additional staff, equipment, and services.

Desirable Qualification - MD (Master’s degree / diploma with Health Administration
and Hospital Management)

Experience 5-7 years of hospital management
