LONG POST ALERT !

While it's the responsibility of the person who is looking for healing to be willing to bring a change in his/her life .
It's very important to find a healer who is giving their 100 Percent to bring a change in ur life.
Mental issues are difficult to both diagnose and cure but it's not impossible to be treated.
I don't think that any body deserves a life where their mind is taking control of their lives to an extent that they can not even get out of their houses and live like a normal person.
Having said this i have found the person who is always their to guide me so i can keep a check on my thoughts and emotions
(I am not a psychiatric patient yet I feel everyone should have a therapist in their life for learning more about our mindset )

This is me and my sister
We both became mother's around same time but we both had different journey and experiences .
One thing we both suffered post delivery was BODY SHAMING while she was shamed for her gaining pounds i was shamed for being skinny and looking like a stick.
And yes it HURTS .
But because we know are worth and we know that motherhood is not at all about how u look ,we are able to love ourselves and cherish each day that we have with our loved ones.
Pregnancy is already a very complex journey and all females have their own hardships it's important if u can not play her role atleast be supportive of what she is doing and give her love as much as possible as it will definitely make her fit mentally and she will be able to raise the child happily ❤️

AND REJUVENATE ❤️

The way u have raised me not giving s**t about the society. The way u have let me fly in any direction that i have wanted and stood by me through thick n thin .
