CISS AGM 2022

27-28 May 2022 saw a memorable Annual General Meeting being conducted at Mumbai. The theme was Review & Felicitation. The financial review reflected a bounce back and reasons for all to be happy. The felicitations were to remember and recognize the contribution of all those who had completed 20 years with CISS as it in turn completed 37 years of its journey.

From humble beginnings at Vadodara to a Pan India corporate having three associated Companies in areas of Electronic Security, Facility Management and training of Pvt Security personnel, there was indeed reason to be optimistic about the future.

Mr RN Pimple, Chairman Managing Director CISS group Company, while recollecting the journey highlighted that it was time to rekindle the exploratory spirit, innovate and move to satisfying whole new concerns of our esteemed clients. He stressed upon all that, CISS was well known for its being fully compliant in the Indian Private Security Industry and it was time to now emerge as the most preferred company. He urged all to take CISS to the next level.

Mr KN Pimple, Cofounder & Director, appreciated the contribution of each employee and averred that today they had become more a part of the family than employees. He insisted upon all, that growth had to be maintained with well trained human resources. It was time to deliver more than what is expected.

Mr Santosh Kushwah, Excecutive VP, stated that new offerings and combining technology with human skills would prove to the biggest differentiator as companies revised their business continuity plans. Only with a change in mind set could the next leap happen. Expressing confidence in the ability of the CISS veterans he said “we should embrace change and make new offerings that create value for our customers”. All the founder promoters were felicitated by him. They all unanimously stated that CISS belonged to all who work here and each should treat it as their own company.

The event was a grand success.

All Branch Heads, Region Heads and awardees across rank and file left with a smile and resolved work with renewed vigour and enthusiasm to take CISS to the next level.
